Our Basic Process!

1. Non-toxic cleaning solution is applied to the grout lines and worked into the pores to loosen the embedded dirt and oils.

2. This solution is then neutralized with another non-toxic solution and vacuumed with a commercial vac.

3. Grout Line’s proprietary color sealant is then scrubbed into the empty pores and is brushed to insure an even application.

4. The final step is to clean and buff the entire surface to restore its original shine.

CLEARSEAL - permanently seals and protects any and every porous surface you can think of including -- tumbled marble, tiled shower walls, concrete, brick, driveways. hallways, sidewalks -- you name it -- this process seals it. Clear penetrating  doesn’t change grout color at all , Clear Matt Or gloss sealers though they are clear have that wet effect look after they  have dried. do to the  Sheen in finish . Very Durable Product  will darken grout slightly .
